Green Art Rocks Food Tips

Hemp Seeds, and the Hemp Oil Provide Optimum Health.  Author of this website, has devoted twenty five years of her life, to participate in the coalition that has made possible for you to purchase HEMP SEEDS, AND OIL, from you local health food stores.  Something you could not do ten years ago.  I have personally consumed about a quarter, to half of a cup, of hemp seeds, and, or, hemp seed oil, almost every day of my life.
My two cents - only as I out live my opponents, enjoy a life basically free from disease.  Will the masses consider that truly hemp oil should be available in all persons diet.

The REAL reason for silverware use in the past is for HEALTH and Sanitation reasons.  Just like the 49rs put Silver dollars in their water barrels, and Europeans for hundreds of years used silver water jars (if they could afford it) or put Silverware or silver coins in their water if they had them, and of course, used "Silverware" in the first place is because it was noticed that molds and bacteria's didn't build upon Silverware like it would on other materials.
A natural property of ironic silver is to KILL bacteria.  Viruses hate the presence of Silver as well.  It is a little known fact, "Sally DeBruin, that if you take a Petri dish and culture just about any nasty thing you can think of (mold, algae, bacteria, or virus) and add ironic silver, the contents of your Petri dish will DIE.  The doctor who wrote the book "The Body Electric" had great success speeding up the healing of burns and wounds, and healing wounds that "wouldn't heal" by apply silver mesh and a small battery current (knocking off silver ions onto the affected area).
In my household, we make our own Silver (in its collodial form) and use it to knock out colds and flu's before they take hold.  US farmers use ionic Silver generators in large scale to treat the feed water and keep their livestock much healthier, and ward off infections and disease.  For more information on the use of colloidal silver as related to health, there is a website called Silver Gen that has a lot of information.  Here is a quote from that site:  "Colloidal silver has been used for healing for centuries.  The Greeks and Romans kept liquids in silver jars.  During the plagues in Europe, many royal families escaped disease because they ate off silver plates and used silver utensils.  It was used by the American pioneers to keep water and milk from spoiling and becoming contaminated.  It is used by NASA to purify water in the space shuttle.  Russia also uses it in their space shuttle.  It is used by some airlines to purify water on flights.  Thin silver foil is still used in India and China to wrap portions of food in.  Silver is used in most of the burn centers in the U.S. and has been used to prevent blindness in newborn infants eyes for many years.
Indian Fry Bread

Fry bread is wonderfully lumpy (puffed here and there). It can be served as a dessert or used as a main dish bread. Our family will often take them and stuff them, much like one might use bread or tortilla to dip into their food.

1 cup unbleached flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered milk
1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup water
Oilve Oil for frying, sesame or vegetable oil also work

Sift together the flour, salt, powdered milk, and baking powder into a large bowl. Pour the water over the flour mixture all at once and stir the dough with a fork until it starts to form one big clump.

Flour your hands. Using your hands, begin to mix the dough, trying to get all the flour into the mixture to form a ball. NOTE: You want to mix this well, but you do NOT want to knead it. Kneading it will make for a heavy Fry Bread when cooked. The inside of the dough ball should still be sticky after it is formed, while the outside will be well floured.

Set dough aside for about an hour.  Cut the dough into four (4) pieces. Using your floured hands, shape, stretch, pat, and form a disk of about 5 to 7 inches in diameter.  Set dough aside for about one hour.

Heat the oil to about 350 degrees F. NOTE: You can check by either dropping a small piece of dough in the hot oil and seeing if it begins to fry, or by dipping the end of a wooden spoon in and seeing if that bubbles. Your oil should be about 1-inch deep in a large cast-iron skillet or other large fryer.

Take the formed dough and gently place it into the oil, being careful not to splatter the hot oil. Press down on the dough as it fries so the top is submersed into the hot oil. Fry until brown, and then flip to fry the other side. Each side will take about 3 to 4 minutes.

Indian Fry Bread can be kept warm in a 200 degree F. oven for up to 1 hour. They refrigerate well and can be reheated in a 350 degree F. oven for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Do you juice?  A tip I recorded many years ago, from Jack La Lane.  He suggest that you daily consume
Carrots, Parsley, Beets, Apples

Magic for Grand Parents to share with their Grand Children.  I believe I owe credit to Martha Stewart for this formula.
1/2 Cup Milk  -  1 Cup Heavy Cream  -  1/2 Cup Sugar
Place into Plastic Food Storage Bag.  In Larger Plastic Food Storage Bag, place a large bowl worth of ice, salt the ice to aid in freezing.  Now place the Ice Cream formula bag, inside the ice bag, and shake for about 8 minutes.

I am the park ranger of the Vann Cherokee Wildlife Sanctuary.  I live in a meadow with 18 deer.  The deer follow me like other people have dogs.  I have chickens, peach and cherry trees to feed me , and the critters.  I feel so blessed.  One of my favorite recipes is Lemon Egg Custard.

Dinosaurs In Soup
In 2007, a team of scientists from the Chinese Academy of Sciences was excavating several dino-saurs in Ruyang County in Henan Province, when they learned that local villagers had been dig-ging up dinosaur bones for decades, grinding them up and adding them to soup.  The calcium-rich bones, believed to be from flying dragons, were also added to traditional medicines, to relieve dizziness and leg cramps.  Once the villagers learned the bones were from dinosaurs, they donated over 400 lbs. to the scientists, for research purposes.  Cost of "flying dragon bones":  20 cents per pound.
